Regent Quarter, Kings Cross

This mixed use development is set around a series of characterful courtyards. Historic warehouses intermingle with modern architecture to create a unique environment. RHWL developed the 63,000m² masterplan which provides a mix of homes, offices, shops and hotel. The variety of existing building types on this former 19th Century industrial site led to the restoration of some of the original buildings and the careful construction of new ones.

Duffy operated as a trade package contractor for the demolition and structural alterations of this prestigious site in central London.

Phase 2 incorporated a brick & blockwork package using a mixture of new and reclaimed bricks.
