Scope of Works
Operating as a Main Contractor, project required Design and Construction of a 148 bedroom New Build hotel in Hounslow Middlesex. Project required construction of insitu-concrete frame up to 1st floor transfer deck and pre-cast cross wall frame 1st to 4th floor. Works also included complete internal fit-out.
